August 10th, 2009 – Kelly Kelly vs. Alicia Fox vs. Gail Kim vs. Beth Phoenix

Kelly out in purple. Fox out in blue and black. Gail Kim out in sparkly red. Beth comes out in black and purple.

It’s a four way match. Beth goes after Kelly who sends her flying with head scissors and a pin for two. Gail trips Beth who had Kelly up in a double chicken win and gets two on Beth. Fox pins Gail for two. Kelly with two on Fox and then Gail with Beth down for two. Fox hit a great back breaker on Gail. Gail tossed out and Kelly was alone with the heels. She tried to fight but they double teamed her. Fox accidentally kicked Beth then Gail came off the top with a dropkick to Fox. Kelly broke the pin. Gail beat on Kelly in a corner until Beth attacked Gail. Gail over Beth’s shoulder and then Kelly on top of Gail. Fox hit a chop block and took Beth down. Fox and Beth argue and Beth low ropes Fox to get her out. Gail attacks Beth in a corner then flies outside to take out Fox. In the ring Kelly almost hits back handspring elbow. Kelly sent flying outside to land on Gail and Fox. Beth starts to climb but Fox trips her and she lands hard up top. Fox hits a dropkick to Kelly on the apron sending her to the floor. Gail hit her finisher for three.

March 27, 2009 – Michelle McCool vs Maryse

Divas Championship match between Maryse and Michelle ended in DQ when Gail Kim interrupted with a missile dropkick on Michelle. She then attacked Maryse.

Bragging Rights 2009 – Gail Kim, Melina & Kelly Kelly vs Michelle McCool, Natayla & Beth Phoenix

Gail and Beth start things off and Beth with a kick and punch. Gail kicks back and connects with a forearm. Beth stops an Irish whip but Beth catches Gail on a cross body but Gail with a rollup for a near fall. Beth with a shoulder tackle and punch. Michelle tags herself in and she punches and kicks Gail followed by an uppercut. Gail with a kick and a rana. Michelle seeks refuge next to Natalya’s legs and she tags in. Gail with a rollup for a near fall. Gail with a forearm but Natalya with a knee and forearm. Natalya with a slam but she misses an elbow drop and a charge into the corner. Gail with a cross body into the corner. Gail with a kick to the head from the apron and Kelly is tagged in. Kelly chokes Natalya in the corner with her boot. Natalya misses a clothesline and Kelly with a satellite head scissors. Natalya gets Kelly up in a wheelbarrow set up and drops her on the top rope and gets a near fall. Natalya runs Kelly into the corner and then Michelle and Beth attack Kelly while Natalya is with the referee. Michelle tags in while Natalya holds Kelly after a sunset flip attempt. Michelle with a knee to the head and then she runs Kelly into the corner. Beth tags in and she snap mares Kelly and gets a near fall. Beth with an arm bar and chin lock. Beth keeps Kelly from making the tag and Michelle tags back in. Michelle with a snap mare and a sleeper. Michelle with a knee to the head and then she connects with a knee lift. Beth tags herself in and she sends Kelly into the turnbuckles. Kelly kicks Beth and then hits a rana for a near fall. Kelly with a jawbreaker and Melina tags in.

Melina with a matrix and she punches Beth. Melina with a drop kick and a drop toe hold that sends Beth into the ropes. Melina with a screaming knees into the back and a screaming hair toss. Melina counters a slingshot suplex with an inside cradle and Michelle switches their positions while the referee was not watching. Melina with a screaming tilt-a-whirl head scissors for a near fall. All six women were in briefly. Beth grabs Melina and hits snake eyes and then gets Melina up for the sit out butterfly driver for the three count.

Winners: Michelle McCool, Natayla & Beth Phoenix

May 22nd, 2009 – Gail Kim vs Michelle McCool

We start it off with a collar elbow tie-up and Michelle muscles Gail into the corner. Michelle pie faces Gail, who responds with a shove. Gail charges into a knee from Michelle who backs Gail to the ropes and goes for an Irish Whip but Gail counters with an attempted crucifix but Michelle holds onto her. Michelle tries to toss her off but Gail counters with a arm drag.

Michelle heads out of the ring to get her breath back but Gail isn’t having it. Gail heads to the outside and gets a knee to the gut for her trouble. Michelle rams Gail’s knee into the ring post and Gail seems to have felt that one. Michelle hurls Gail back into the ring and goes for the pin but gets a quick count. Michelle now goes on the attack, hammering the knee of Gail Kim before going for a leg lock. Gail tries to kick out of it, finally getting Michelle to break it. Gail tries to get to the corner but Michelle beats her to it and ties Gail’s leg up in the ropes! The referee begins the count and Michelle breaks it up at 3. Michelle reminds the referee she has until five and it gives Gail some time to get in a forearm shot. Gail charges and locks Gail in the Flying Dragon (Head scissors/Arm bar Combo)! Uniquely yet excellently executed. Michelle struggles before dropping to her knees. Gail goes for a roll up but Michelle’s foot gets caught in the ropes and Gail is forced to break the hold. Gail tries to get up but Michelle strikes with a leg sweep. Michelle slides out of the ring and pulls Gail out, making her land on the weakened knee. Michelle slides back to break the referee’s count as Gail tries to pull herself up on the apron. Michelle pulls Gail up but Gail hits an arm breaker counter on Michelle.

Gail is back in and fired up. Gail goes on the attack with a series of forearms until Michelle fires back with a kick to the leg. Michelle charges into a kick from Gail Kim. Gail steps up and nails a heel kick to the back of Michelle’s head! Michelle is stunned and Gail hits a Straight Jacket Neck breaker. Gail goes for the lateral press and gets a near fall! Gail rolls to the apron and goes for the corner, but Alicia Fox distracts her. Gail disposes of her and heads to the top rope but Michelle blocks her with a big kick. Michelle pulls Gail out of the corner and hits the Styles Clash. Michelle gets the three!

Winner: Michelle McCool

May 15th, 2009 – Gail Kim & Melina vs Michelle McCool & Alicia Fox

We start this one off with a big take down by Michelle on Melina. After a scuffle which Melina comes out of on top of they break up and stare down. Melina tags in Alicia who ties up with Melina. Alicia gets in a kick and hooks Melina into a full nelson. Melina drops out of it and goes for a wheelbarrow, which Alicia tries to take control of but Melina blocks and tosses Alicia with an arm drag. Melina backs Alicia to the corner and puts her into an arm bar, before hitting a snap mare that flips her into a seated position. Melina tags in Gail Kim who bounces off the ropes and hits Alicia with a low dropkick. Gail Kim goes for the pin and gets a near fall.

Gail pulls Alicia back to her feet and goes for an Irish Whip which Alicia reverses but Gail hangs on to the top rope. Gail hits Alicia with a Frakensteiner and Gail is in control. Gail pulls Alicia up and whips her to the corner, nailing her with the running cross body. Michelle goes for an attack on the apron but Gail boots her out of the way and counters Alicia with a shot to the midsection. Michelle grabs Gail’s ankles and brings her to the outside hard. Michelle steps back up the apron and waits for the referee to see the tag (Hidden Highlight!) before heading to the outside and hurling Gail back in. Michelle goes for the cover and gets a near fall.

Gail gets to one knee right before Michelle hits a big running flip neck breaker and follows up with a modified dragon sleeper. Gail gets to her feet and springboards off the top rope and breaks the hold with a reverse DDT. Both women are down. The referee begins the count as the two women head to their corners. Gail tags in Melina who comes in roaring. Melina takes down Michelle with a clothesline, and another clothesline! Melina whips Michelle to the corner and reverses Michelle onto the middle rope. Melina steps up and lays the double knees to a vulnerable McCool. The referee is forced to back Melina up before she charges again and Michelle counters it with a drop toe hold to the ropes. Michelle goes for a roll up but Melina’s foot was in the ropes. Melina takes control again with a kick to the knee and split kick to the head of Michelle. Melina goes for the pin again and gets another near fall. Melina pulls up Michelle, setting her up for apparently a reverse DDT but Alicia breaks it up with a clothesline. Gail comes in and sends Alicia to the outside!

Back in the ring Michelle tries to cut Melina off but Melina blocks her with a boot to the midsection. A screaming, high impact Sunset Flip (Jim Ross: What the heck is this?!) gets the three count for the champion!

Winners: Gail Kim and Melina (Pinfall via…Screaming High-Impact Sunset Flip) **1/4 And this is why I have faith in the WWE’s Women division now. All of the girls on Smackdown are working to step it up and this could be the group that brings the division back to the place its pioneers left it.

Winners: Melina and Gail Kim

April 30, 2009 – Maria & Gail Kim vs. Michelle McCool & Alicia Fox
As Gail Kim was propelling herself from the always-dangerous second rope, Michelle caught the tenacious Diva with a vicious kick to the face, delivering enough force to give the former Divas Champion the huge victory. Michelle reaffirmed herself as one of the top Divas in WWE while giving Alicia Fox a taste of success in her first match since being drafted to SmackDown.

Winners: Maria & Gail Kim

July 6, 2009 – Gail Kim & Mickie James vs Maryse & Alicia Fox
We go to the ring where Alicia Fox is headed down with the WWE Divas Champion Maryse. Out next is the team of Mickie James and Gail Kim who get a nice pop.

The match starts off with Maryse and Mickie going at it. They go into the ropes and separate. They lock up again and Maryse slams Mickie by her hair. Alicia Fox comes in but Mickie rolls her up for 2. Mickie with forearm shots on Fox now. Mickie with a reverse neckbreaker and a forearm to Maryse on the apron. Mickie kicks Alicia in the jaw and gets a 2 count.

Gail comes in and goes at it with Alicia. Gail hits some rare Diva moves including a spear like move in the corner. Gail comes off the top for a 2 count on Alicia. Alicia gets up and chokes Gail with the ropes. The ref’s back is turned and Maryse drops Gail with a kick to the head. Alicia covers for a 2 count. Maryse comes back in and works over Gail, slamming her over the knee. 2 count by Maryse. Gail moves and Maryse runs into the turnbuckle. Gail tries to tag Mickie but Maryse knocks her off the apron. Gail drops Maryse out of nowhere with another nice move and gets the pinfall and the win.

Winners: Mickie James and Gail Kim

October 22, 2009 – Gail Kim vs. Kelly Kelly
It is nice to see some non-twin related diva action on Superstars. During the introductions Cole lets us know that the diva match for the upcoming pay-per-view is Melina/Kelly/Gail against Beth/Natalya/Michelle. Kelly takes Gail down and gets a quick head scissors but Gail kips up to escape and quickly trips her and goes for a pin. Gail gets a side headlock and again goes for a pin after hitting a shoulder block. Both ladies trade some gymnastic maneuvers and they have a quick pace going. Kelly misses a monkey flip in the corner and Gail of course goes for the pin yet again before controlling the action with a headlock down on the mat. Gail gets Kelly up on the top turnbuckle and goes for a Frankensteiner but Kelly hangs on to the ropes and Gail lands hard. Kelly takes advantage with a victory roll for a two count and Gail seems to be okay.

A double clothesline spot floors both ladies momentarily but both are up quickly and into a slugfest that Kelly gets the better of. KK hits a flying head scissors and tries a roll up but can only get a two count. Kim misses a crossbody off an exchange in the corner and Kelly hits her finisher the Kelly Killer and picks up the pin fall victory. It was not exactly Punk/Morrison from last week but it had good energy and I enjoyed it. Post match Kelly picks Gail up and shows her some brand loyalty love as they show some of her family sitting at ringside. The match seems to have meant quite a bit to Kelly and she goes over to her family in the crowd for some hugs as we go to a break.

Winner: Kelly Kelly
