Mini Bio: Gail Kim (born February 20, 1977) is a Canadian professional wrestler, valet, model, and actress of Korean descent. She is currently signed with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) wrestling on its Raw brand. She left TNA in August 2008 and re-debuted in WWE in March 2009.
She began her career wrestling as La Felina on the Canadian independent circuit. She joined WWE in 2002, winning the WWE Women's Championship in her debut match for the company. She formed a tag team with Molly Holly, before being released in November 2004. She then joined Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), immediately aligning herself with the America's Most Wanted alliance.

Divas Champion Melina, Gail Kim & Eve Torres vs Maryse, Alicia Fox & Jillian Hall
On This week's edition of RAW Gail teamed with Eve Torres & newly crowed Divas Champion Melina to take on Alicia Fox, Maryse & Jillian Hall. Gail started off the match with Maryse by viscously & repeatedly slamming the Sexiest of Sexy onto the mat before tagging out to Melina. Jillian Hall won the match for the opposing team by pinning Eve Torres while Gail was tending to Melina.

11/23/09 – Monday Night Raw Results
    
It is time to go to the Giving Thanks area and Gail Kim is thankful for being interrupted by Alicia Fox. Alicia says that she is thankful that she wasn’t the first person eliminated on her team at Survivor Series. We have a pie standoff and Santino Marella comes in to play the role of UN Peacekeeper. Santino says that they should not be fighting, they should be making dinner. Santino does a public service announcement about cooking and he says that he would love to see all of the Divas make him a dinner of epic proportions. Santino gets a pie from Alicia and Gail. The Bellas come into show some sympathy for Sanitno, but that is short lived and he gets two more pies. Eve comes out and Santino says the wrong thing and Eve gives him another pie to the face. Vickie walks over to hit Santino with another pie but Santino knocks it into Vickie’s face.

5 — TEAM MCCOOL (Divas champion MICHELLE MCOOL & LAYLA & ALICIA FOX & JILLIAN HALL & BETH PHOENIX) vs. TEAM MICKIE (MICKIE JAMES & KELLY KELLY & Divas champion MELINA & EVE & GAIL KIM)
I get the feeling this is going to be a fast one with plenty of quick pinfalls. Layla was the first one out via Kelly. After Gail and Jillian were eliminated, Beth took out Eve and Kelly. Melina came in, though, and scored a surprise pin on Beth. Mickie and Alicia picked up their former Raw battle before Mickie was sent to Smackdown and Mickie came off the top with a splash on Alicia for a pin. So, we’re down to McCool vs. Melina and Mickie. After a nice exchange of nearfalls with a fast pace, Melina scored the final pin on McCool with her modified Canadian Destroyer to win the match for her team. Eliminations: Layla by Kelly at 1:14, Gail Kim by McCool at 3:05, Jillian by Eve at 3:43, Eve by Beth at 3:50, Kelly by Beth at 4:10, Beth by Melina at 4:42, Alicia by Mickie at 6:25, McCool at 10:42.
WINNERS: Team Mickie (Mickie and Melina) at 10:42. The early pinfalls were expected for the buffer match, then the focus on McCool vs. Mickie and Melina was well done to conclude the match. Beth had a chance to shine as well.

Gail’s been in the wrestling industry for about 10 years now and we all have some fantastic memories; who could ever forget Gail’s WWE debut? Where she won the WWE Womans Champion in her very first match! How about the fantastic cage match at Lockdown 2008 with former WWE Cruiserweight Champion, Jacqueline?.
The point of Hail Gail is to remember Gail’s past (not that we’d ever forget) and to smile at how thankful we are to have such high quality matches to view time and time again.
Every month GKS will put out a new edition of Hail Gail which will take you back to that particular week in Gail Kim History.
November 15th 2007
In the first edition of Hail Gail, we take you back to the November 15th 2007 edition of TNA Impact, where Gail Kim teamed with Chris Harris to take on her off screen best friend Ms. brooks and her partner Robert Roode.
This match was mostly circled around Ms.Brooks having enough of the way she was being treated by Robert Roode, it also introduced one of our favorite Shimmer star, Rain to the mainstream audience.
Highlight of the match: Gail Kims crafty foot stomp on Robert Roode.
Later on that night, Gail came down to confront Awesome Kong, this lead to a all out brawl between the two. Unfortunately for Gail, Awesome Kong ended up destroying the then Knockout’s Champion with a devastating Awesome Bomb. Segments like this one told us of the great things to come with the Gail Kim/Awesome Kong feud.

Match Number Two: Alicia Fox versus Melina for the Divas Title
Alicia wants to be announced as the next Divas Champion. Judah says that he came here for two reasons, to watch Melina’s entrance and to announce that it is a lumberjill match.
Alicia with a kick to Melina and then she tries to throw Melina out but Alicia is thrown out and she returns to the ring. Melina with a rollup for a near fall. Melina avoids a kick and then Alicia sends Melina to the floor. Alicia throws Melina to the mat and gets a near fall. Melina with a knee to Alicia and she sends Alicia into the corner. Melina with a flapjack and clotheslines. Melina kicks Alicia but Alicia with a tilt-a-whirl back breaker for a near fall. Melina with a counter into the Banshee Code Red for the three count.
Winner: Melina
After the match, Michelle attacks Melina and we have a ten woman catfight until Michelle’s team is vanquished from the ring.
